Shipping Policy
Since all of the products ordered on our website are homemade, and may be made to order, shipping times will vary. They could also vary due to the fact that members of the Hand family will be shipping from different parts of the U.S. All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service, and costs will match those charged there.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase, or if you’re dissatisfied with a product, please let us know and we will do what we can to remedy that. If an item is broken, we can try to fix it, replace it, or give you store credit.
